NeedSunshineNow is an informational travel search tool. It aggregates weather forecasts and indicative price estimates to help you find sunny destinations. It does not sell flights, hotels, or activities directly.
3. No warranties on prices or availability
Flight and hotel prices shown are indicative estimates based on historical data. Actual prices, availability, and terms are determined entirely by the third-party provider at the time of booking. We make no guarantee that any price shown will be available.
4. Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click and complete a booking, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which destinations are shown or the order they appear in.
5. Weather data accuracy
Weather forecasts are sourced from Open-Meteo and are for informational purposes only. Forecasts beyond 3–5 days carry inherent uncertainty. We are not liable for travel decisions made based on forecast data.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or third-party booking platforms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
